Application and Approval Process transport of dangerous goods

    Dangerous goods transport application and approval process is as follows:
        Article IX non-commercial transport unit to be engaged in road transport of dangerous goods, shall apply in writing prior to the local road transport administration authorities, upon examination, in line with the approval of the provisions of the basic conditions of transport packets (city) level transport administration authorities, given a "non-business road transport of dangerous goods certificate" before proceeding transport operations. Engaged in a one-time road transport of dangerous goods, must be reported to the county Transportation Administration authority review and approval, issue a "temporary road transport of dangerous goods certificate" before proceeding with the transport operation.
        Article X Where an application in the business of road transport of dangerous goods unit, and has achieved commercial road transport operators eligible for an increase in unit transport of dangerous goods management projects shall be according to the provisions of the local county road transport administration authorities a written application by prefectural (city) level of road transport administration authorities for examination, the road transport of dangerous goods issued stamp dedicated "road transport operators permit" and "road transport operator certificate", in order to operate the road transport of dangerous goods.
