Notification and delivery of goods

The goods to the destination station, unless otherwise agreed, the carrier or other agents by telephone or with a written form of two issued a notice of arrival to the consignee, notify the despatch goods shall be issued within two hours after arrival of the goods, the common goods shall be issued within 24 hours.
